Cancellation Policy
Class purchases are non-refundable except in the case of a weather related emergency. With 48 hours notice of start of session, participants may cancel and keep the balance on their account for an upcoming class/event.
Weather Related Cancellations
SGT Academy classes take place at Mt. St. Mary Academy in the Ken-Ton school district. Weather closures will adhere to Ken-Ton’s decisions. SGT will always alert you if a class is canceled or moved to a digital format!
